Dear Sir:
There is a new sign and Flag Pole in Phelps Village at 32 Church Street. The Phelps Baptist Church (a.k.a. Cobblestone Church) is just south on Church St., after you cross the railroad tracks.
Big improvement for the little church by the members. The church has been there since 1846.
Sure would like to see it in your paper soon. Give it a look see. Thanks.
