RECIPE OF THE WEEK

Ham with a Pineapple Crown
1 lb. ham steak (apx. weight)
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, unsweetened, drained
2 T. Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard
3 T. brown sugar
PROCEDURE:
Place the ham steak in the appropiate glass baking dish. In a mixing bowl, stir up the drained pineapple, mustard and brown sugar. Smear teh mix evenly on the ham. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes. Serve with some garlic mashed potatoes and a green vegetable like asparagus or broccoli.
