Senator Nozzolio was presented with a Commander's hat by Admiral Rosen
|
Senator Nozzolio was presented with a Commander's hat by Admiral Rosen of the New York State Naval Militia in recognition of the Senator's promotion to Commander in the Naval Militia. Admiral Rosen also presented Senator Nozzolio with the "Flag of Heroes". The flag honors the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
In addition to being Commander of the Naval Militia, Senator Nozzolio is helping to oversee state homeland security as the Liaison Officer to the New York State Canal Corporation and Special Advisor on Security Affairs in New York State as well as a member on the Senate Majority Task Force on World Trade Center Recovery.
