BOY SCOUTS - MICHELLE ROBBINS

Michelle Robbins has been promoted to field director of the Finger Lakes Council, Boy Scouts of America. This is a new position for the local council.
As field director, Robbins will be responsible for the operations within the council's three districts. She will also continue to serve as Kanadesaga District Executive and as staff advisor to a number of council committees. Kanadesaga District includes Seneca, Yates and eastern Ontario counties. Robbins is a Keuka College graduate who lives in Geneva with her husband, David. She joined the council in 1999 as an entry-level district executive for Iroquois District. In 2001 she was promoted to senior district executive assigned to Kanadesaga District.
The Finger Lakes Council, headquartered in Geneva, serves nearly 4,000 youth members and 2,000 volunteer adult leaders each year in Ontario, Wayne, Seneca and Yates counties.
