Everywhere we look are red, white & blue buntings hanging from the store fronts and any other available spot. We''re told that this is a joint effort of
The American Legion, the Sesquicentennial Committee, and The Village of Phelps. Congratulations on a job well done!!!! Unfortunately, a black and white photo does not do it justice. We will have it on our web site at the end of the week in color.
