SECOND "FAITH AND LIFE" SERIES PRESENTATION: "FAITH IN PARENTING" WITH ELLEN POLIMENI
|
St. Felix and St. Francis Parishes are proud to announce the second presentation of our Faith and Life Series featuring: Ellen Polimeni, Mayor of Canandaigua and House Principal of the Canandaigua Middle School, speaking on: Faith in Parenting".
Ellen and her husband, John, live in the house where John was born in Canandaigua. They are the proud parents of two grown children, Anna and Chris. Ellen is serving her seventh term as Mayor of Canandaigua; she has also served the community as a Council Member at Large and as Chairperson of the Planning Commission. In addition to her work in government, Ellen taught elementary school for several years and currently is a House Principal in the Canandaigua Middle School. She is an Athena Award winner and has been recognized by the Lt. Governor for the community/school program she created in Canandaigua. Ellen holds a Bachelors Degree and CAS from SUNY Brockport as well as a Masters Degree from Nazareth College.
The Program will be Monday, June 6, 2005 at St. Francis Church, Church Street, Phelps. Refreshments begin at 6:30 and the presentation is at 7:00 p.m.
