     Clipper/C&C Enterprises picked up their first win in the last three seasons against Halfway Haus who faced an energized team while down on players. For Clipper/C&C: Dee Robinson had three doubles & 3 RBI's. Tammy Reed went 3/3 with a double and Carrie DeJonge added a triple. For Halfway Haus: Jackie Jantzen was a trooper and kept playing despite getting hit on top of the head with a ball.

     A slow start but a great finish with another win for Monroe-Gorman. A proud team whole heartedly cheered teammate Annette Parson when she belted out 2 singles and 2 DOUBLES. Way to go Annette!! Val Bost added to the excitement with 1 single and 2 doubles, Becky Collins with 1 single and a well deserved triple. Tracy Miller helped out with 3 singles and 1 double. Monroe-Gorman's quick defensive in fielding kept the game moving fast.

     Anne Swackhamer and Marla Hamilton each went 4-4 to help lead Mickey Finns to another win. Karen Schantz and Dawn Cornell also belted out 3 hits each and Tina Wood also added a pair of doubles. For Heiser: Connie Strubb hit a triple while Lisa Doyle, Shannon Hansen, Tracey Fuller and Nichi Ellis all had doubles. Deb Kauder went 5/5.      

McGhan's Pub 17
Patchen Upper Deckers 5

     McGhan's beat Patchen Upper Deckers last night with a score of 17-5. Monica Gleason went 5 for 5 with a 3-run homerun. Jill Wallace was 4 for 5 with a double. Heather Power had a nice double play from right center field catching a line drive and throwing the runner out at 2nd base. For Patchen: Andrea Morganti had a double while Terri Plunkett went 3/3 with 2 doubles and a single. Tiffany, Jen and Heather both had two singles.

     Close game, errors by CNB allowed Thompson to take the win.
