DeSales High School would like to congratulate Joseph Costello son of Mr. and Mrs. John Costello of Geneva and Samuel Mantell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Mantell of Geneva, on being selected to The American Legion Boys' State of New York, Inc. Boys' State teaches the mechanics of City, County, and State government and is one of the outstanding enterprises in which The American Legion is involved. The young men who attend Boys' State have been selected because of their outstanding qualifications in leadership, character, and scholarship. Boys' State is taking place this week at SUNY Morrisville. DeSales is proud of you, Joe and Sam!
