PHELPS BPW DISBANDS
The Phelps Business & Professional Women's group at their June 20, 2005 meeting decided to disband due to low participation. The BPW group had been in Phelps since 1954 when they started out with 45 charter members. BPW has always been an integral part of the Phelps community.
