New Middle School Principal Appointed
|
SHORTSVILLE - August 16, 2005 -
Manchester-Shortsville Central School District proudly announces Charlene Harvey will be the new Red Jacket Middle School Principal.
Charlene Harvey has permanent NYS certification in Elementary, Special Education and Art Education, and has her School Administrative Certificate. Charlene has been Director of Special Services and Coordinator of Curriculum and Staff Development at Gananda. Prior to Gananda, Charlene has worked as a special education teacher, ELA Coordinator and Dean of Students at Midlakes. She is excited about returning to the building level and working directly with teachers, students and parents at the middle school.
She shared, "My focus will be to get to know all students, staff and parents and then work on improving discipline, raising test scores and facilitating a positive learning environment and culture at our middle school."
