Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies Announces New President, CEO and Board Member

Bob Griswold, Chairman of the Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies announced today that Bill Griswold, President and CEO of the Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies has resigned to spend more time with his family and pursue new interests.
Paul Griswold, currently President of Finger Lakes Technologies Group, a subsidiary of Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies, will assume responsibilities as President and CEO of Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies, effective immediately.
In addition, Mike Carr, currently Chief Financial Officer of Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies was elected to the Board and will assume additional responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer of the telephone companies.
Bob Griswold remains Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies and Finger Lakes Technologies Group.
The Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies and their subsidiaries date back to 1906. The Griswold family has managed the companies since the early 1920's.
The Companies provide telephone, long distance, data, internet access and other communications services to over 15,000 customers in the Phelps, Clifton Springs and Trumansburg areas.
The newest member of the group of companies, Finger Lakes Technologies Group, is headquartered in Victor, New York and provides IP, IP telephony, wireless communications, engineering, design, internet access, web hosting and custom solutions on a regional basis in Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse.
Under Paul Griswold's leadership, the customers of the combined companies can expect to see an even stronger local presence, new services and technologies and a continued commitment to quality and reliability.
