Senator Mike Nozzolio recently officially opened the south side of the Seneca Falls canal harbor for boats and illuminated 15 new historical lights on the new pedestrian walkway. Senator Nozzolio was instrumental in securing over a million dollars in State funding for the north side of the canal that was completed in 1998 and obtained the necessary State funding for the continuation of the Southside Harbor Project.
The Senator was joined by Canal Corporation Director Carmella Mantello for the event, and enjoyed a boat tour of the Seneca Falls canal harbor.
