The new owners of The Old Mill Liquor Store in Phelps, NY are Brad Cadwell and Laci Kenville (since the end of September). Laci has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales College in Charleston, South Carolina. Laci worked for her parents, who own a liquor store in Newark, NY, before going on her own. The Old Mill carries a large selection of Finger Lakes Wines, Single Malt Scotch and rare Bourbon.
