MANCHESTER TOWN BOARD HOLDS ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING FOR 2006
|
The Manchester Town Board held their Organizational Meeting for 2206 on 1/3/06 and a special meeting for any other business. The meeting was opened at 7:00 p.m. and Supv. Eddinger welcomed new members to the Town Board: Jeff Gallahan and David Phillips.
Supv. Eddinger then submitted the agenda for this meeting and reviewed it with the Board as follows:
Dates/Times for meetings: The Town Board Meeting will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (7:30 p.m. May-August) at the Manchester Town Hall, 1272 County Road 7, Clifton Springs.
Supervisor's Bookkeeper: Janis Catalano

Discussion of the 2006 goals was held after approval of the agenda:
A) Implementation of new Zoning Map.
B) Encouragement of Commercial & Industrial Development.
C) Creation/Grant Application/Joint Project w/Farmington.
D) Town barns ceiling; Old Schoolhouse and Transfer Station
E) Town Website.
The organization meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m. and the special meeting for any other business opened, which included scheduling of a public hearing for proposed local law entitled "A local l aw amending portions of the town of Manchester Zoning Map". The public hearing will be January 17, 2006 at the Manchester Town Hall at 7:00 p.m.
It was noted that this is Supervisor Eddinger's 33rd organizational meeting! Congrats!!!!
The special meeting was closed at 8:00 p.m.
The next regular Town Board meeting is: Tuesday, January 17th at 7:00 p.m., & Public Hearing-Zoning Map Changes
