Dear Editor
As a constituent in Senator Michael Nozzolio's district I write to express my gratitude for his help. I recently contacted the Senator concerning a bureaucratic problem in Albany. Senator Nozzolio's staff listened carefully as I explained my situation and promised to look into the matter. Senator Nozzolio then took the time to write to the head of the agency in question asking him to review my situation. I appreciate Michael Nozzolio's attention to his constituents' concerns and his ability to get things done in Albany. I also commend the professionalism of his staff that were, without exception, helpful and efficient.
