The last thing anyone should say is "tole yer so." It's apparent as Iraq war continues current administration was so intent on goin' t' war data from many public sources was ignored. Followin' items ain't m' own, so don't bang m' gourd since most data came from readin', listenin' an' knowin' how govmint works. Fer example:
By now known fact Japanese attack on Pearl wasn't a s'prise t' foggy bottom. Despite whatever patriotic fever one wants t' put forth, Japanese was intent on attackin' US fer decades, an' signs, includin' communications our intelligence had generated was ignored! Americans were asleep at the switch, our leadership warn't!
Page two, our leadership ignored the fact that North Koreans were massin' fer attack in '50. Our Congress warn't interested in a strong military. Only when the cold war turned warm did Truman, an' others, attempt t' rebuild the military.
Page three: His'try channels state Kennedy had decided t' pull outta 'Nam three weeks afore his assassination. French leaders knew Ho Chi Min's guerilla warfare use was instrumental t' their defeat. We also know t'day the Gulf of Tonkin incident t' substantiate intervention in 'Nam wasn't exactly the truth. T'day many high officials admit the war was generated for power, why one doesn't know. (Still cain't figger how Oswald usin' an inaccurate rifle did it).
Page four: Jumpin' ahead t' the Iraq war, 9/11 provided the fuel fer neocon's wish fer the younger reason t' save his father's rep from the first Gulf War. Here's where it gets hairy: Articles in various newspapers noted Saddam studied Viet's methods t' defeat American efforts. He knew he couldn't defeat Americans in battle, but could wear down our efforts usin' not Republican Guard troops, but fanatical Fedeydeen fighters attackin', guerilla style, durin' occupation. American generals realized we din't have 'nuff troops t' adequately police the nation t' prevent exactly what Saddam planned!
Page five, perhaps the most damagin': One can't police a nation of ethnic groups hatin' each other's guts. Clinton succeeded in the Balkans because NATO did most of the work, let people see what could happen if genocide continued! Couldn't do that in Iraq simply because their illiterate populace, directed by self servin' mullahs wishin' t' replace Saddam's violence with their own religious warfare, were intent on killin' those of differin' religious factions. A comparison would be Baptists an' Catholics goin' at it hammer an' tongs t' gain governmental power although religious concepts were identical!
Bush's concept of democracy throughout the world may be good, but democracy doesn't come out of a gun! Read what is writ above, an' will repeat statements above: All information came from public sources, not some mind figment. Never 'nuff sed, since our govmint, Demmycrats an' Republican neo cons in concert with Military Industrial complex, are misusin' our resources an' young t' further militaristic adventures. Eisenhower's warning has come to pass! Perhaps in November voters will exercise their patriotic rights! "Never Nuff Sed."

Come's a time when age gits ahold of yer life. Those anticipatin' not havin' t' punch a clock or deadline, anticipatin' an' reality ain't in the same boat.
Reality is, bein' retired is like a job. Y' have nuttin' t' do an' all day t' do it. Social Security it ain't! Cain't be too social nor have much security. Pensions have no annual raises except the cost of livin'. Which by some calculation always equals yer Medicare an' health insurance increases! Most retirees are always a day late an' a dollar short when payin' bills.
Y'd think school taxes'd stop when yer kids leave school. Nope, don't work that way. Not only are taxes still due, but cost is twice as much as when yer kids were goin'. Assessors come 'round ever' five years reassessin' yer properties. They say it's market value is compared to yer neighbors'. It ain't. They won't buy a house fer the new assessment nor will anyone else! More taxes!
Kids say "Floridy's the place y' oughter be." Warm breezes, sunny weather hide arthritis pains. When y' take their advice y' find senior citizen resorts got a pretty good con goin'. Price fer a Floridy home is 'bout two hundred grand over what yer property is worth. Downsizin' t' senior trailer homes y' find the "service fee" is really a new name fer taxes!
Retirement is like bein' the last kid picked on a sports team. They put yer in right field, outta life's mainstream. Volunteerin' is fine 'cept the boss treats yer like a coolie pullin' a rickshaw of life. There's a tendency t' harass an' demean ol' goats people feel have lost it! Agency chiefs gits credit, oldster's blamed fer gittin' in the way of honcho whose chief function was warmin' a soft chair.
There's employers whom promised health care upon retirement. Promisin' an' gittin' are two different things. Many retirees git a letter sayin' company is cuttin' benefits, last month. Pensions promised never materialized when corporate executives bankrupted leavin' govmint payin' a fraction of the promised amount. Executive got theirs, first! Retirees may have health problems, disabilities. Medical costs bankrupt 'em, forcin' 'em t' sell assets they'd saved. Polyticians guaranteed themselves a lifetime of luxury with taxpayer financed pensions an' medical benefits.
No, retirement ain't all it's cracked up t' be. Sad part is those who've looked forward to a just reward find they're relegated to the fringes of society. Friends, co-workers disappear, become distant. Children appear when they're wantin' favors. Rockin' chair gits hard, more t' life than repetitive news an' Beverly Hillbillies re-runs. Retirees hafta find new interests, develop new friends. They're usually discriminated against except fer pushin' carts at Tops, at minimum wage. Hafta find ways t' s'port yer social security, doncher know. If by chance y' do make extry bucks, IRS comes in fer a cut of yer social security. Cain't win, no how, it seems. Cain't wait t' git back t' work. Rockin' chair ain't gonna git me! 'Nuff sed?

Eisenhower's warning has come to pass! Perhaps in November voters will exercise their patriotic rights! "Never Nuff Sed."

Let's see: Illegal immigrant supporters're able t' generate thousands of protestors overnight, but voters stay home. The Hillary an' Chuck show tandemned with our favorite liberal, Ted, t' show s'port. Those lookin' fer a little humor should see the only reason they, an' other politicians are pushin' fer amnesty. Votin' rights!!! Y' see, ain't been wrong at all, have I? Side item is Spanish vote gave Bush the presidency, an admitted fact, which wasn't common knowledge.
It's here I part ways with those above. Much as I hate takin' sides, it's apparent, or should be, regular Americans, like you and I, don't matter one whit when votin' blocs are concerned. All leaders playin' the same game. Which is, how kin we get these illegals registered t' vote if not in 2006, fer pres in 2008. What's sad is it's in yer face politics, lettin' middle class Americans, like Lou Dobbs sez, go down the tubes.
Floridy was an education. One is crime. It's safe t' walk the streets, but not in some areas. Seniors are bein' attacked in their trailers. Traffic is horrible, an' if y' look close most drivers are not Americans. If yer gonna communicate, better be in Spanish since they, an' activists, say we hafta larn their language, not reverse. Emergency rooms have twelve hour waits or longer.
Remember migrant farm workers from the fifties an' on? They started workin' in Florida or Texas, worked their way up inta Wayne County. They were abused, misused an' overused even by their own frens. Worked as a teenager in the fields fer a pittance, so much a row, so much a bushel of apples, pears, etc. Got t' go home t' a decent meal at night. Activists started heatin' things up, an' they were right. Substandard housin', long field hours were bones of contention. Welfare kicked in, first thing there warn't nuff migrant workers t' fill the bill. So, farmers looked t' Spanish migrant workers t' fill the void.
Migrants, like those previous, were lookin' fer sustenance fer their famblies. When word reached Mexico money could be made they did what others did, go where the work was. They ran inta the same problems as before, low wages, abuses, etc. They larnt quick like there were economic benefits t' bein' in America, such as social programs. They could get jobs because the welfare system removed lower poor from seekin' work! Their medical care overwhelms emergency rooms as mentioned above. Which has an effect on welfare costs.
Hilarious is Americans don't vote in elections, yet activists kin generate thousands over night. Political leaders refuse t' attack the problem, afraid of losin' votes, or campaign funds from conglomerates! All the while sayin' "remember 9/11." Mexico meanwhile sends more "troops" t' undercut middle class workers.
Bottom line: The American dream was based upon work, equality an' improvin' their kid's life. Our leaders have abandoned common Americans in favor of illegal immigrants. We deserve better leaders! "Nuff already!
