     LIGHT FIXTURES POSE FALLING HAZARD
     
     Lithonia Lighting division of Acuity Lighting Group Inc. of Conyers, Ga. is
     recalling Low Bay TG Series Lighting Fixtures sold nationwide from November 2004
     to February 2006.
     
     Two nuts in a mounting mechanism of these light fixtures were not attached. The
     fixture could detach, fall and possibly hit consumers.
     
     The recalled lighting fixtures have a heavy-duty aluminum housing with either
     a white or a dark bronze finish and a glass lens. Their installed width is
     approximately 13 inches.
     
     Facility managers and business owners are being contacted by Acuity Lighting
     Group Inc., to schedule an inspection and repair.

     ARCTIC CAT UTILITY VEHICLES COULD LEAK BRAKE FLUID
     
     Arctic Cat Inc. is recalling Arctic Cat Prowler XT Off-Highway Utility Vehicle
     sold nationwide from July 2005 to May 2006. The rear brake caliper could leak
     brake fluid, resulting in reduced braking ability at the rear wheels.
     
     The affected units are all 2006 Prowler XT vehicles with VIN range of
     4UF06MPVO6T300001 through 4UF06MPV16T302369. The VIN is located on the rear
     upper-frame tube of the vehicle near the rear of the cargo box, and on the
     registration materials the consumer received at the time of purchase. The
     following model numbers are included in this recall.

     Consumers should contact their local Arctic Cat ATV dealer to schedule a free
     repair.

     PACIFIERS SOLD AT DISCOUNT DOLLAR STORES POSE CHOKING HAZARD
     
     KI, a/k/a Kole Imports, is recalling "Baby 2 Pack" Pacifiers sold nationwide
     from August 2005 to March 2006. The pacifier's nipple can easily detach from the
     guard, posing a serious choking hazard.
     
     The recalled pacifiers are rubber nipples attached to a white or light blue
     plastic guard sold in packs of two. Writing on the front of the packaging
     includes, "Baby," "2 pack Pacifiers" and "BI194". The back of the packaging has
     an American flag and the writing, "AN AMERICAN COMPANY".
     
     Consumers should contact the retailer where they purchased the pacifiers or KI

     LIGHTED MIRRORS SOLD AT WAL-MART POSE SHOCK HAZARD
     
     Wal-Mart is recalling Simply Basic Lighted Mirrors sold nationwide from August
     2005 to March 2006. Exposed wires inside the mirror could pose an electrical
     shock hazard to the user when they touch the mirror.
     
     The mirror is 6.5 inches in diameter and has regular side and a magnified side.
     Model number DK-00118/H-1698-0 is on the bottom of the
     mirror's base. "Touch lighting with 3 settings" is printed on a white
     sticker on the top of the mirror's base.
     
     Consumers should return the mirror to Wal-Mart for a full refund.
